For all balms, salves, linaments, oils and ointments we request you read all the ingredients listed to ensure they don't contain any products you may have a known allergy or reactions.

If products are open and used we cannot accept a return for hygienic reasons.

If any product you purchase is defective or damaged please contact Sheira Chan Acupuncture within 7 days of receipt so I can arrange a convenient time to arrange an exchange or refund. We ask all products are returned in their original packaging

Do a patch test first - apply a small amount externally to affected area to assess reaction. As long as there are no side effects or unwated reactions apply to a larger area.

Not for internal consumption. Keep out of the reach of children.

Note: Allergic reactions may occur if one is allergic to any of the constituents in this product. If you notice any abnormal skin reaction, discontinue use until reaction subsides. Seek professional medical attention if necessary.

 

Precautions

As with any topical application there is a slight chance of a skin reaction. If you experience any redness, discomfort, soreness discontinue use until reaction subsides.
